Cocoa financing proceeds will not fund other legacy debts - COCOBOD CEO
The Chief Executive of Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), Dr Ransford Anertey Abbey, says proceeds from the Board’s maiden commercial paper issuance will be restricted to cocoa purchases and core operations, and will not be used to settle other legacy debts.
