Last updated 15 October 2026. This policy covers the Nsɛm24 website (nsem24.com) and the Nsɛm24 Android app, run by LightSpeed Technologies Limited, Accra, Ghana.

What we collect

Nsɛm24 has no accounts and does not ask for your name, phone number, email or location. The app stores your saved stories, followed topics and settings only on your phone. They are never sent to us and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

What our servers receive

When the app or website loads news, our hosting provider (Netlify) receives standard request information such as your IP address and device type, as every website does. We use it only to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

Analytics

The website may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which sections people read. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. The Android app does not include analytics or advertising tracking.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app checks nsem24.com in the background for new stories on topics you follow. This check sends no personal information.

Links to publishers

Stories link to the newsrooms that published them. Their websites have their own privacy policies.

Children

Nsɛm24 is a general news service and is not directed at children under 13.
